Frequently Asked Questions and Useful Information
A. Each site is approximately 50 x 100 feet. All pads are concrete with a driveway averaging 20′ wide. There is room to park your vehicle and a golf cart (and/or a motorcycle) or two vehicles. Each site has a building referred to as a coach house.
A: Each site has either a 10’ x 14’, 10’ x 16’ or 16’ x 24’ coach house. Most sites have a coach house available for an additional fee. When a rental is one month or longer, there is an option to choose a site with an available coach house. The fee for coach house rental is dependent on the amenities offered in the coach house.
A: There are both pull-in’s (Riverside, Lakeside & Creekside) and back-in’s (Woodside). RiverBend does not have any pull-through sites.
A: Full hookups at each site include a minimum 50-amp electrical service, water, sewer, and recently added Fiber-fed High-Speed Wi-Fi at each site.
A: Yes, we allow pets. We limit the number of dogs to 2 and they should be leashed at all times unless they are in our new Pet Run area. We regret that Pitt Bulls and Rottweilers (mixed or otherwise) are not allowed. See our Pet Rules and Information Sheet for more details.
A: Yes, we have an area to store boats and cargo trailers. There is a fee for storage depending on where it is stored and the size of the boat/trailer. Renters can apply for storage, however, should there be a shortage of available storage space, Owner use will take precedence.
A: Yes, we have 17 slips on the Caloosahatchee River. Renters can apply for slip use and will need proof of liability insurance in order to dock a boat at RiverBend. Should there be a shortage of available slips, Owner use will take precedence.
A: Yes, fishing is allowed but is “Catch & Release”. Fishing is also an event in our annual RiverBend “Fun Week” competition!
A: Group motorcycle rides, Quilting & Craft groups, Bocce Ball, Shuffleboard, Pickleball, Special Events with Entertainment, Dancing & Dinner, Boating, Putting Green, Yoga, Zumba, Line Dance, Racetrack, Railroad and much, much more!
A: We have a large, heated pool with two spas located in a luxurious, tropical setting. Our Pool Clubhouse has a full kitchen and dining room for guests’ use, as well as an outdoor grilling and picnic area. You can find a restaurant and full bar overlooking the Caloosahatchee River at our River Clubhouse. Contact the Welcome Center for restaurant hours during the season. We also have a beautifully fenced-in pet run, lighted Pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, Bocce ball, and a putting green.
A: Coaches must be a minimum of 28 feet in length and classified as a Class A Motorhome in the recreational vehicle industry.
A: Occupied Class B and C vehicles are prohibited as well as any length vehicle which may be classified as a Class A Motorhome in the recreational vehicle industry with a truck style front.
A: The resort is very easy to find. We’re 17 miles east of I-75 and Fort Myers at Exit 141 in Florida. Our GPS coordinates are N26.42.5997, W81.31.9229
A: The county seat of LaBelle, Florida is the closest shopping area with multiple grocery stores and places to eat. Fort Myers and all the shopping & activities of the city is 17 miles to our west. See the area information page for more area information.
