River Clubhouse
This 8,000 square foot clubhouse overlooks the meandering Caloosahatchee River. It's spectacular design is in the "Old Florida" style with a large wrap around veranda. If you choose to stay inside you will not be robbed of a view as the dining room & bar area have a wall of windows overlooking the breathtaking view of the river.
Housed within the clubhouse is a living room for our owners and guests use. The living room is furnished with opulent leather furniture, game
 (or dining) tables, a gas fireplace and a flat screen television.
The restaurant & bar are located in the River Clubhouse. Whether you are enjoying a homemade bowl of soup with a freshly made sandwich at lunch or if you're meeting friends at the bar for happy hour, you will find the surroundings more than
 pleasing to your senses.
Also within the clubhouse is a game room featuring a pool table & dart board with plenty of chairs to bring your own cheering section. |

The Nature Center |
|
The Nature Center is a fully screened building with a gas fireplace furnished with tables & chairs. During the day you will find it in use by various groups within the RiverBend community - whether it is the knitting club, crafters, quilters or maybe a committee meeting. It is available to reserve for your own get togethers and meals. |

The Welcome Center |
 The Welcome Center is the Main Entrance for you to “Escape from the Ordinary”. This 3,000 square foot building is located at the front of the resort and is where your journey will begin for RiverBend. The Rental Office is located here as well as Owner Services and the General Manager. Also, there is a general store with RV supplies as well as RiverBend logo wear including shirts, hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, glasses and many, many more items. This is a great place to sit and have coffee or ice cream with friends and family. The Welcome center is one of the WiFi hot spots. All of the incoming and outgoing mail is handled from this facility. You will find this is the starting point for your visit at RiverBend.
