Q. What size are the sites at RiverBend Motorcoach Resort?
A. Each site is approximately 50 x 100 feet. All the pads are concrete and the driveway is about 20' wide. There is plenty of room to park your vehicle and a golf cart and/or a motorcycle or two vehicles. Each site has a small outbuilding referred to as a "coach house".

Q.Are the coach houses available for use?

A. Each lot has either a 10 x 14 or 10 x 16 foot coach house. When you rent a lot you will have the option to rent a lot that has a coach house available for your use. Depending on the amenities available in the coach house there may be a fee. They will only be available for rentals of a month or more.

Q. Are the sites back-in, pull-in or pull-through?
A. There are both pull-in's (Riverside, Lakeside & Creekside) and back-in's (Woodside). RiverBend does not have any pull-through sites.

Q. What amenities are available at each site?
A. Full hookups at each site include 50-30-20 amp electrical service, water, sewer, cable television, telephone service, and Internet Service as follows: DSL service for a charge of $30 per month for stays of 1 month or longer.  There is a maximum charge of $85 if the modem provided by RiverBend is not returned as it was issued.  WiFi Hot Spots are available at no charge at several locations within the resort.

Q. Do you allow pets at RiverBend Motorcoach Resort?
A. Yes, we allow pets. We limit the number of dogs to 2 and they must be leashed at all times unless they are in our new Pet Run area. Pitt Bulls and Rottweilers (mixed or otherwise) are not allowed. See our Pet Rules and Information Sheet for more details.

Q. Do you have storage at RiverBend Motorcoach Resort?
A. Yes, we have an area to store your boats and storage trailers. There is a fee for storage depending on where it is stored and the size of the boat/trailer. Renters can apply for storage; however, Owner use will take precedence in case of a shortage of available space.

Q. Do you have boat slips available at RiverBend Motorcoach Resort?
A. Yes, we have 17 slips on the Caloosahatchee River. Renters can apply for slip use and will need proof of liability in order to slip a boat at RiverBend. Owner use of the slips will take precedence in case of a shortage of available boat slips.

Q. Do you allow fishing on the lakes at RiverBend Motorcoach Resort?
A. Yes, our fishing is "Catch & Release" but is allowed and is also an event in our annual RiverBend "Olympics” competition!

Q. What types of recreational activities are at RiverBend Motorcoach Resort?
A. Group motorcycle rides, quilting & craft groups, bocce ball, shuffleboard, special events with entertainment, dancing & dinner, RiverBend "Olympics”, boating, Pi-Yo, book club and much, much more!

Q. Is there a certain size of recreation vehicle allowed at RiverBend Motorcoach Resort?
A. Coaches must be a minimum of 28 feet in length and Class A.

Q. Are any vehicles prohibited at RiverBend?
A. Occupied Class B and C vehicles and any length vehicle which may be classified as a Class A Motorhome in the recreational vehicle industry with a truck style front are prohibited at RiverBend.

Q. What amenities does RiverBend Motorcoach Resort offer?
A. RiverBend has a large heated pool with two spas in a luxurious tropical setting. The pool clubhouse has a full kitchen and dining room for our guests' use. There is also an outdoor grilling and picnic area. The River Clubhouse boasts a beautiful full bar overlooking the Caloosahatchee River along with a restaurant that is open for homemade lunches during season. There are also lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, a fenced pet run.

Q. Where is RiverBend Motorcoach Resort located?
A. The resort is very easy to find. We're 17 mile east of I-75 at Exit 141 in LaBelle, Florida.


Q. What activities are near RiverBend Motorcoach Resort?A. The county seat of LaBelle, Florida is the closest shopping area with multiple grocery stores and places to eat. Fort Myers and all the shopping & activities of the city is 17 miles to our west. See the area information page for more area information
